When making a reservation we ask for a cheque or BACS payment for the cost of the first night’s accommodation to secure your booking.
Cancellation Policy
When you make a reservation at Ty Newydd you are entering into a legally binding contract.
In the event of you having to cancel the reservation within 14 days of arrival you will be liable to pay the full cost of the whole reservation you have booked, however we will make all possible efforts to re-let the reservation, if we can only re-let part of the reservation booked you will be liable to pay for anything unoccupied.
In the event of you cancelling prior to 14 days before arrival then you will only be liable to pay a cancellation fee of £15.00 per room booked.
We strongly advise guests to take out holiday cancellation insurance, remember you may already be covered on your credit card or through an annual holiday insurance policy.
In the event of severe winter weather and you have to cancel your reservation we will not charge you for the accommodation you have booked and hope that you will make a booking for later in the year.
